  4. Cooking Methods.

Module -3  

  1. Nutrition through life cycle -Infancy, childhood, adolescence, adulthood, pregnancy, lactation, old-age.
  2. Diet in clinical conditions -febrile & GI disorder, renal, liver & skeletal & CVD.
  3. Diet Planning for different diseased patients.
  4. Food adulteration & Preservation.
